Dear Sir,

I would like to express my utter disappointment with our experience at Del Aziz of Bermondsey. Having chosen this restaurant as our first dinner of 2011 specifically for its live jazz. We prebooked the table for the 8 of us. Upon seated we were greeted with a promotional leaflet for an offer which advertised “For every 3 people eating 2 or 3 courses the 4th one eats for free!” After having chosen our meals we were told we this offer wasn’t available to us because we did not mention it during our booking and we were not told about this offer anyway. When we asked about the live performance, even though it was advertised we were told that this was not available.

We were utterly disappointed, although we live around the corner, I am afraid that is the last time I will visit your restaurant and I wish you luck in 2011.
