Woke up early at 8am for football. After having breakfast I took bus to court. After arriving, chatter with fds, have some shooting. Made a bad shot, rolled out of court, went take it back. On the way back, have a small up going slope. Try to step on the ball to stop it rolling, but somehow ball have some unpredictable rolling due to the slope and poor surface, I step on a wrong side and fell off on the slope. Stretch my hand to protect myself from hurting my head, but rubbed off some skin on my hands, my leg(through a pant and a boxer).

After that, had some bandage given by friends.
