After work, we had a drink in a nearby pub. There is so many pubs here, I have been to at least 5 different pubs, and now still exploring. I was surrounded by four mathematicians, from Cambridge, Oxford, and Southampon. The guy(ABC) from Southampon said he never likes the life in the northern UK. The guy(DEF) from York asked ABC if ABC would understand what people speak in the north. ABC said ‘ Yes I can understand what they say but I just can’t understand why they live there’, hehe…
